The recruitment process generally involves the
following Steps

Quota Approval (KDN/KSM):

Quota application, quota approval, levy payment, JTKSM/KSM.

Attestation at Nepal Embassy:

Demand letter, Power of attorney, Employment contract.

Pre-Approval from Labor Office:

Advertisement of job/demand application collection, pre-screening of application, final interview & selection.

Job Offer Letter:

Signing of employment contract, collection of passports of selected applicants.

Bio Medical (BSM):

Medical examination, issuance of Medical certificate, FWCMS online.

Visa with Reference (VDR):

VDR application form, submission with quota approval, receipt of payment for levy, online insurance.

Entry at Embassy:

Visa application form, submission of passport & VDR at consulate, issuance of entry visa.

Final Approval & Deployment:

Ticketing, documentation departure, pre-departure orientation, confirmation of arrival of workers & Feedback.

Employer Documentation

The following documents are generally essential,
though requirements vary by country:

Demand Letter:

Addressed to authorize Green Jyoti Overseas Pvt. Ltd.. Must mention the number of workers required in each category along with details such as salary, duty hours, food, accommodation, and benefits.

Power of Attorney:

Addressed to authorize Green Jyoti Overseas Pvt. Ltd. as the true and lawful attorney and agent in Nepal.

Service Agreement:

The employing company must provide a service agreement between the company and the recruitment agency in Nepal.

Employment Contract:

One copy of the employment contract, signed and sealed by both the employer and the employee.

Guarantee Letter:

A signed and stamped copy from the employing company specifying that the worker will not be deployed to other countries for work purposes.
